The Emberverse is full of places I’ve never been and people I’ve never met. I want nothing more than to explore it all.
But how?
How will I ever be able to?
I don’t see my father ever changing his mind about me attending Sky Lab. And I worry it will be my only opportunity.
Oh, to wander the streets of Tesolace.
I’ve seen it before, but I’ve never been there.
As a Tinkerer, I feel it’s only right that I get to at some point.
One day, maybe I will. Maybe I’ll get to see the dirigibles floating around, the mechanicals roaming the streets, the Master Tinkerers hunched over their most delicate cybernetic workings.
It is my hope, too, that being on Tesolace, surrounded by my own people, that I will finally be able to access the Tinkerer magic in my own blood.
A girl can dream. I only wish that it will not remain a dream forever.
